Tara joined the Equipt team in August 2024. As Financial Team Manager, Tara oversees the day-to-day operations for Equipt, ensuring that the financial operations of our partners run smoothly.

Tara’s educational background includes a degree in Finance from the University of South Florida. She has worked in finance and/or accounting for 10 years for both non-profit and profit organizations. Tara looks forward to applying those same skills in her work with Equipt and its partners.

Tara is an active member of Summit Church in Southwest Florida since 2021. She enjoys helping in the Children’s ministry, growing spiritually through her church community, and forming life-enriching relationships through the Women’s Ministry.

In her free time, Tara enjoys spending time with her two sons and family. Her favorite activities are traveling, reading, and being a coffee enthusiast.
