Doug Dunton, a pastor and missionary with over 40 years of experience, founded BOF—a Church-Based Business Owners Forum—out of his deep love for and belief in the local church.
BOF’s mission is to equip, establish, and inspire Christian business owners within the local church to live out their faith biblically and missionally in the marketplace—transforming lives, strengthening the church, and impacting communities for the glory of God.
BOF was born out of a deep burden to equip, encourage, and inspire business owners from within the local church. They believe business is more than profit—it is a calling and a platform to live out faith biblically and missionally in the marketplace.
Over time, by God’s grace, they have seen that when the church, business, and ministry work together in alignment, extraordinary lives are shaped, and entire communities are transformed.

DOUG DUNTON
Doug founded M2R Ministries in 2023 after feeling God’s call to exercise his gifts and experience in and through local churches. As part of his M2R Ministries work, Doug established the first location of BOF at Summit Church in Fort Myers, Florida. In 2025, Doug expanded BOF into a distinct ministry in order to provide churches throughout the U.S. with opportunities to equip and encourage Christian business owners. Doug and his wife, Lynn, live in Fort Myers, Florida.
