Equipt, Inc. PTO Policy

  • PTO - PAID TIME OFF

o   Equipt employees are allotted three (3) weeks of personal/vacation time per year. For every 5th year of employment, an additional one (1) week is added up to a five (5) week maximum.

o   Employees may only take PTO on their assigned days.

o   PTO resets each year and will not be paid out upon termination.

o   Prior approval by the employee's supervisor (if applicable) is required VIA EMAIL for vacations, conferences, ministry opportunities away from home base, continuing education, mission trips, etc.


  • PAID OUT ON DISMISSAL

o   Any remaining time off balance is forfeited upon termination of employee.

o   Early in the year, employees may request a limited amount of PTO in advance when those PTO hours have yet to accumulate. Please contact your Partner Support Coordinator to request help with PTO advances.
